Hello there! I’m Rena
Hi, I’m Rena! I’m a headshot and branding photographer serving Chicago and the surrounding areas. I grew up on the East Coast, and my family and I have called Chicago home for the past nine years. I’m also a wife and a mom to four amazing kids, and I love being part of this incredible community while meeting so many inspiring people through my work.
I know firsthand that stepping in front of the camera isn’t always easy. When I needed my own headshot taken, I remember feeling nervous and unsure of how I would look or what I was supposed to do. That experience gave me an even deeper understanding of how many people feel when they walk into a photo session. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a relaxed and comfortable experience where you don’t have to worry about posing, knowing what to do, or feeling awkward in front of the camera. My goal is to take away the stress and help you feel confident from the very beginning. I provide professional hair and makeup to help you feel polished and camera-ready, then guide you through every pose, expression, and detail throughout your session. I create a variety of images through outfit changes and different looks so your photos feel authentic and reflect the many sides of who you are.
